They just sat on our hands – then flew off together!!

We married at St. Mary’s Church in East Barnet, Hertfordshire which was fantastic in itself but The White Dove Company made it just perfect and absolutely unforgettable.

My husband organised the doves as a surprise for me and now we are sorted with our move to Austria, I just had to send you this letter to say a massive thank you. What a surprise they were, I will never forget walking out of the church and seeing under the Church’s Lynch gate in front of me, a beautiful white hanging birdcage and the basket decorated with flowers (which incidentally matched my flower theme; did you know in advance?).

When I realised that they contained your white love doves, I ruined my make up and cried!! Tears of joy I would like to add. Thank you sooo much for giving us everlasting memories – we both loved holding them, and the fact we could let them fly home from our hands was wonderful.

We have since found out that our Photographer who has been taking pictures for 30 years had never seen anything like it before. Furthermore, lots of our guests commented afterwards how beautiful and romantic the doves had helped to make our wedding.

Our white doves are the perfect accompaniment to any wedding
that will always be remembered and cherished.

What a great way to start married life. The newly weds emerge from the alter and in front of the church, country home, or garden terrace, they release a pair or a dozen pure white doves to celebrate the promises the couple have just made.

Traditionally white doves represent peace and love. Like a fairy tale the doves create a magical atmosphere. The doves make a beautiful gesture of love as they circle the skies. Finally, they will find their bearings and fly home together.
